Welcome to Packly. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the packly website, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent that you meet the eligibility requirements.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Packly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Packly be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed $10.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes means you accept the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
